The A.S.D. Go Tri Team, in collaboration with the FIDAL Regional Committee, is organizing the first edition of the race called “1st ISONZO GREEN TRAIL.”
RULES
All F.I.D.A.L. Promesse-Seniores OVER 35 or Runcard athletes and members belonging to Sports Promotion Bodies recognized by F.I.D.A.L. for the year 2026 are eligible to participate.
• PRE-REGISTRATION (only for athletes NOT registered for the Trophy) can be done by sending an email by 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, to iscrizioni@nextrace.net.
For the CONVENTION of Art.9 and Art.34 - PARTICIPATION IN REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL EVENTS OF ATHLETES FROM NEIGHBOURING NATIONS, Slovenian athletes registered with AZS clubs, which are affiliated with AZS, are admitted
• Athletes REGISTERED for the Gorizia Trophy are automatically considered pre-registered. Therefore: You CANNOT register on the day of the race or the day before.
Athletes who are not FIDAL members but are RUNCARD and EPS members must submit a copy of their medical certificate.
The race will take place in all weather conditions.
For anything not covered in these regulations, the rules of the 34th Province of Gorizia Trophy Regulations and the F.I.D.A.L. rules apply. Payment is made on the day of the race.

● For athletes with dual membership, FIDAL membership prevails.
● The individual participation fee ONLY FOR THOSE REGISTERED FOR THE GORIZIA TROPHY is €10.00.
For those NOT REGISTERED, the fee is €15.00.
● Medical and health assistance will be provided during the event by a doctor and an ambulance.
The organizers accept no responsibility for anything that may happen to athletes before, during, or after the event.
SCHEDULE
❖ 5.00 pm: meeting of the jury and competitors and collection of bibs at the E. Fabretto Sports Field - Campagnuzza ( how to get there> )
❖ 6.00 pm: Bib collection ends.
❖ 6.30 pm: start of the first series, consisting of the male categories: promising, senior M, SM35, SM40-45, SM 50-55
Following are the men's categories SM 60 and over, all the women's categories
❖ 8.30 pm awards ceremony and party with kiosks and music
COURSE AND RANKINGS
:
A 4km counterclockwise loop, repeated twice. Start 400m on the track, then turn left and follow the gymkhana that circles the track. Exit onto the bike path and turn right. Turn around at the swimming pool parking lot and rejoin the bike path until you reach the entrance to the Campagnuzza sull'Isonzo Park. A dirt path and rough sections with a short, steep climb leads to the upper part of the park. Pass the church and turn left to return to the athletics field for the second loop. After completing the second loop, follow the short stretch on the track to reach the finish line.

IMAGE RIGHTS
By registering for the 1st ISONZO GREEN TRAIL, athletes expressly authorize, free of charge, the organization and/or any assignees of the same, to use still or moving images in which the athlete may appear, taken during their participation in the race, on all audiovisual media as well as on promotional and/or advertising materials, which may be produced and disseminated by any means (for example, television, the internet, etc.) worldwide and for the maximum period provided for by the laws, regulations, and treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the period provided for.

The top three clubs will also be awarded prizes based on the number of participants, including those not registered for the Trophy but present at the individual event. The top three male and female times will also be awarded prizes.
