Two weeks for these 2 tests (June 22 - July 5)

The advice is to organize yourself in groups because it is more fun and safer especially in swimming (obviously keeping the distances NO DRAFT!)

The SwimRun courses also partly resume those of the just concluded Challenge Sprint

  • The first is a SwimRun over 2 SHORT and LONG distances (read the info and details at the bottom of the page)

  • The second a TT time trial of 19.8K from Duino to Gorizia passing through the valley

SwimRun SHORT

Swim from Duino to Sistiana and return along the Rilke path to the starting point

The test must be carried out in a single solution and involves the swimrun mode therefore using pull buoy and light shoes worn in swimming or alternatively the buoy with storage where to put the shoes.

For the lucky ones, the personal assistant on the beach !!

SwimRun LONG

The test must be carried out in a single solution

SWIM 1:

Swim from Duino to Sistiana and exit near the first beach (see map)

RUN 1:

Stick to the roundabout at the entrance of Porto Piccolo and back to the squero of the beach, already the starting point of the Challenge Sprint, where Swim 2 will begin

SWIM 2:

Round-trip beach-beach by placing your feet on the opposite side centrally as in the Challenge Sprint

RUN 2:

Rilke course as a Challenge Sprint

TT Freccia Vallone time trial

A path that begins downhill starting from the Duino traffic light

Whisk your legs until you reach the Wolves and turn right to start climbing the Vallone and follow it all the way up to the first roundabout in Gorizia, always paying the utmost attention and without taking unnecessary risks.
