The A.S.D. Go Tri Team organizes in Gorizia on Saturday 25 May, in collaboration with the Regional and Provincial Committee of Gorizia of the ASI (Italian Sports & Social Associations), the event "RUN WITH JOSEPH", a competitive 3x3000m relay race. Promotional Kids Relay 3x1000 and 3x600 dedicated to children. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Trust after us "A casa di Joseph" dedicated to families affected by serious disabilities.https://www.small-house.it/

RULES AND REGULATIONS COMPETITIVE RACE
Race under the aegis of ASI. Athletes from 2008 onwards registered for 2024 with FIDAL, ASI, CSI, RUNCARD and RUNCARD EPS or other FIDAL affiliated bodies in possession of a valid competitive medical certificate for Athletics (and non-members with a sports medical certificate to be delivered when collecting the bib). The relays are made up of three athletes and can be male, female or mixed, even from different clubs. Will be

PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION
Children from 2014 onwards can participate without requiring a medical certificate. Recreational motor event with daily ASI membership (insurance coverage). By registering, participants guarantee their physical fitness and relieve the organizers from all civil and criminal liabilities resulting from accidents of any kind. The relays are made up of three athletes and can be Male, Female or Mixed. Health care will be guaranteed

COURSE AND TIMING
The 3000m course will take place partly on an asphalt road and largely on a ring dirt road in the Campagnuzza Park with departure and arrival from via Capodistria in Gorizia. The touch will be given in the finish area
For the KIDS Promo relay the distances will be 500m per athlete for those born in 2014/2013 and 1000m for those born between 2012 and 2009. The touch will be given in the finish area. The time will be detected by Nextrace.net via CHIP

COMPETITIVE RACE REGISTRATION METHOD

OFFLINE: by filling out the excel form and paying the registration fee via bank transfer.
The bibs can be collected at the secretariat from 5.00 pm onwards
PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION REGISTRATION METHOD
Registration on site from 5.00 pm on Saturday 25 May by filling out the dedicated form and signed by the parent if the athlete is a minor or by sending an email to iscrive@nextrace.net

QUOTES
Registrations for the Competitive Relay, the cost of registration by May 23rd is:
➢ €30.00 for the competitive race
➢ free for the Relay Kids Promo
By way of exception, subject to availability of bibs, it will be possible to register for the competitive relay on Saturday 25 May until 6pm, with an increase in the registration fee of €5.00 per relay for secretarial costs.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By registering for the first "Run with Joseph" Edition, the athlete expressly and free of charge authorizes the organization and/or any assignees thereof, to use the still or moving images on which the athlete may appear, filmed on the occasion of his participation in the race, on all audiovisual media as well as on promotional and/or advertising materials, which may be produced and disseminated by any means (for example, television, internet, etc.) throughout the world and for the entire maximum time established by the laws, regulations and treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the foreseen period.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
During the race, the athletes will be assisted by a medical service accompanied by an ambulance equipped with a defibrillator. The nearest hospital is located 300m from the race venue
